Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage cut into wedges
- 4 medium carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 6 medium potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 large onion cut into wedges
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon pickling spice
1. Place the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onion in the slow cooker.
2. Pour the vegetable broth over the vegetables.
3. Sprinkle the pickling spice over the top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until vegetables are tender.
5. Serve hot.
