Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork Recipe
A delicious vegan version of Texas pulled pork made with jackfruit.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cans Jackfruit in brine drained and rinsed
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
2. Add the jackfruit, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Add BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the jackfruit is tender and easily shredded.
5. Shred the jackfruit with two forks and mix well with the sauce. Serve on buns or as desired.
