Slow Cooker Turkey Chili Recipe
A hearty and delicious turkey chili made in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
Transfer the turkey and vegetable mixture to the slow cooker.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, tomato sauce, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve hot.
