Slow Cooker Vegan Taco Soup Recipe
A hearty and delicious vegan taco soup made in a slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 cup Corn kernels
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoon Taco seasoning
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
