Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegan smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced vegan smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onions, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
