Smoked Sausage Skillet Recipe
A hearty vegan skillet with smoked sausage and veggies.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups vegan smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced vegan smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the bell peppers and onions, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
