Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and cut into strips
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Toss the tofu strips in the spice mixture until well coated.
  4. 4. Place the tofu strips on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear.
  5. 5. Brush the tofu with BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. 6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
