Southern Fried Cabbage

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Green Cabbage chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add chopped cabbage, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender and slightly browned, about 15 minutes.
Serve hot.
