Main Ingredients
- 1 cup dried soybeans soaked overnight
- 4 cups water for blending
- 2 tablespoons sugar optional
Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth into a pot.
Bring the strained liquid to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Add sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved.
Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
