Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried soybeans soaked overnight
  • 4 cups water for blending
  • 2 tablespoons sugar optional

Instructions 

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked soybeans.
  2. Blend the soybeans with 4 cups of water until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture using a strainer or cheesecloth into a pot.
  4. Bring the strained liquid to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate. Serve chilled.
