Spaghetti Squash Recipe
A simple and delicious vegan spaghetti squash recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
Drizzle the inside of the squash with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the squash halves cut-side down on a baking sheet and roast for 40-45 minutes, until tender.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
