- 1 cup Sugar for caramel
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric for color
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Pour it into a baking dish and set aside.
3. In a blender, combine coconut milk, almond milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and turmeric. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish over the caramel.
5. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
