  • 1 can Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Taco shells
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup Salsa

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the black beans, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  4. 4. Fill each taco shell with the black bean mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and salsa.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
