Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
Assemble tacos by adding chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro to each tortilla.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
