Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 8 small Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Sliced Avocado
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chickpeas are slightly crispy.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. Assemble tacos by adding chickpeas, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro to each tortilla.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
