Ingredients

  • 1 block Tofu extra firm, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. 3. Cut the tofu into 1-inch thick slices and coat them in the marinade.
  4. 4. Place the tofu slices on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear and tofu is heated through.
  5. 5. Remove from grill and serve hot.
