Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Carrot slices
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, chili flakes, salt, and pepper over the vegetables and toss again.
  5. Spread the vegetables out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
