Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g firm tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. 2. Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread tofu cubes onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until tofu is slightly charred.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
