Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Vegan feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Place cooked spinach and crumbled vegan feta cheese on each tortilla.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm.
