Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Vegan ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, vegan ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. 4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the spinach ricotta mixture.
  5. 5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish.
  6. 6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. 7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
