  • 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
  4. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
