- 12 pieces Large mushrooms stems removed
- 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- ¼ cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until mushrooms are tender.
