Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
