Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
Pour the marinade over your plant-based steaks and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
