Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup Sliced carrots
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the soy sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
