Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cup maple syrup or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a blender, combine strawberries, basil leaves, lemon juice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove the pulp.
  3. 3. Stir in maple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. 5. Serve over ice and garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.
