  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Stir constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts to boil.
  3. 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
