Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage large
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 cup Lentils cooked
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place the whole head in the boiling water. Cook for a few minutes until the outer leaves are tender. Remove the leaves and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, lentils, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Place a generous spoonful of the rice mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
5. Pour a small amount of tomato sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in the dish. Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the rolls.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour, until the cabbage is tender and the filling is heated through.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
