Stuffed Mushrooms
Delicious vegan stuffed mushrooms, perfect for an appetizer or side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms stems removed and chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably whole wheat
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pinch salt to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, nutritional yeast, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. 
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet. 
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown. 
- Serve warm and enjoy!
