Summer Pasta Salad Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Olives, sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped
Dressing
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and basil.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
