Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss well to combine.
  4. 4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
