  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. Soak sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes.
