Main Ingredients
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Soak sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
