Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almond butter, and maple syrup until well combined.
  2. Add the dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
