Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Carrots (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and maple syrup. Pour into the wok.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
