Sweet Potato and Sausage Hash Recipe
A hearty and delicious vegan hash made with sweet potatoes and vegan sausage.

Main Ingredients
- 2 large Sweet Potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 package Vegan Sausage sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Parsley for garnish
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add diced sweet potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until they start to soften.
Add diced onion and cook for another 5 minutes until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add sliced vegan sausage, salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
