Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled and boiled
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash.
  3. Mix mashed sweet potatoes with almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares.
