Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Peel and boil sweet potatoes until soft, then mash.
Mix mashed sweet potatoes with almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool before cutting into squares.
