Salt and pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Boil sweet potato until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and mash.
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potato, chickpeas, breadcrumbs, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Form mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Transfer patties to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
