- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
