  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  2. Wash and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
