Tart Crust

Berry Filling

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add cold water and mix until the dough comes together. Press into a tart pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let it cool.
In a saucepan, combine berries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
Pour the berry mixture into the cooled tart shell. Chill before serving.
