Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 8 pieces Taco shells

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Fill taco shells with the cooked mixture and serve.
