- ½ cup tahini
- ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup water adjust as needed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together tahini and lemon juice until smooth.
Add water, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
Adjust the consistency with more water if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
