  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Water adjust as needed

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water, whisking until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of water to reach desired consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
