Main Ingredients
- ½ cup tahini
 - ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
 - 1 clove garlic minced
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - ¼ cup water or more for desired consistency
 
 
In a bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, minced garlic, and salt.
Gradually add water, whisking until smooth and desired consistency is reached.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
