Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Strawberries or any fruit of choice
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Skewer them.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves and mixture reaches 300°F (150°C).
  3. 3. Dip skewered strawberries into the sugar mixture, coating evenly.
  4. 4. Place coated strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and harden.
