Main Ingredients
- 1 package Frozen Tater Tots about 32 oz
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn Kernels frozen or canned
- 1 cup Vegan Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
Top with shredded vegan cheese.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
