Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the vegan butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add non-dairy milk and maple syrup, stir until just combined.
Turn dough onto a floured surface, knead gently.
Roll out dough to ½ inch thickness, cut into biscuits.
Place biscuits on a baking sheet, bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
