Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz tempeh cubed
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables chopped (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add cubed tempeh and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
