Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Slice the tofu into thick strips resembling tenderloins.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Coat the tofu strips in the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Place the tofu strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
