Ingredients 

Vegetables

  • 1 unit red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit zucchini, sliced
  • 1 unit red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • to taste Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add vegetables to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Grill vegetables for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
