Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, maple syrup, and rice vinegar.
In a small pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce mixture to the pot.
Dissolve cornstarch in a bit of water and add to the pot.
Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
