Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, water, maple syrup, and rice vinegar.
  2. In a small pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce mixture to the pot.
  5. Dissolve cornstarch in a bit of water and add to the pot.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
