Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water (slurry)

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, water, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cornstarch slurry and stir until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool.
