Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is heated through.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
