Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the rehydrated soy curls and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Stir well.
5. Toss in the bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Finally, add the fresh basil leaves and cook until wilted.
7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
