Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Curls rehydrated
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Basil Leaves fresh
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the rehydrated soy curls and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Stir well.
  5. 5. Toss in the bell peppers and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Finally, add the fresh basil leaves and cook until wilted.
  7. 7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
