Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 piece Red chili sliced
  • 1 cup Tofu cubed
  • 2 cups Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add the soy sauce and sugar, stir well to combine.
  5. Finally, add the Thai basil leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
